Please see the links below for registration, directions to complete registration, and YouTube video (if desired) for more information regarding student-athlete clearances. If you do not have Internet access you may contact the school to use a school computer to register. After completing the process an email will be sent to the email address that was used to  register explaining the next steps in the clearance process. Clearance will not be granted until the items below are either given directly to the Athletic Directors (Carmelo Flores or Kerri Johnson) or uploaded during the registration process (best option).
  1. Complete all signatures required on the Athletic Clearance website.
  2.  Turn in  Athletic Physical/Parent Info Form you can download a copy of the form here or from the clearance website and fill out both sides (parent completes Parent Info and Doctor must complete Physical Form portion).
  3. Copy of Insurance Card and Number- may be uploaded online but MUST have student's name on the card or state family coverage.
  4. Complete registration at GVHS ASB Web store.
*Please note that this process must be completed every year.
