As a reminder our next Band Camp is on Wednesday, July 10 – Friday, July 12, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The next Band payment is due as well, see your payment schedule. (If you have made your payment in full already, thank you!) A couple of the Band Booster Board Members along with Erin Hester (our treasure) will be in front of the Band Room a little early to collect payments (and the medical forms & payment agreements if you have not already completed them).

Please send in your donations at 2 PM with your child the day of.

All forms need to be completed and submitted online with the exception of the medical form and the payment agreement form*** it will need to be printed and turned in. This was June 12th, please turn in ASAP.
*Please bring with you to the first day of band camp, if you have not already! In addition to sunblock, water, sunglasses and hats.
(***Please note Band & Color Guard 2018-2019 families, if you selected the $700.00 / $800.00 payment option for 2018-19 school year with a commitment to volunteer and fundraise and DID NOT meet your obligations, you are unable to choose that payment option for the 2019-2020 year. Commitments which are not fulfilled result in significant volunteer and budget shortfalls which affect our ability to operate the program. Please choose a different payment option and resubmit a 2019-2020 payment agreement on July 10th. If you have any questions regarding this, you may contact me after July 15th, as I am out of town until then. We will be emailing those families directly after that date if we have not received a new payment agreement form with a different option. Thank you for your understanding.)
