Dena DeVera
Dena de Vera is an experienced educator who has been teaching since 2016. She has industry experience in TV Production. She has over 18 years of experience as a TV Producer. She has produced reality, documentary, and competition shows and been nominated for an Emmy.
Currently, she teaches Advanced Broadcasting with a live daily show that streams to the entire school and teaches beginning and advanced Video Production. She possesses teaching credentials in CTE, Video Production, and English. Mrs. de Vera has a Masters degree from La Verne University in Education. She takes pride in teaching industry standards in her class and providing students with hands-on practice. In addition to her role as an educator, she is a member of Skills USA and Student Television Network.
