Sample 2 AP Lang Prompts

Another sample for you to use as a model when you create your AP Lang prompts.
 
The first prompt is a synthesis essay.
The second one is a rhetorical analysis essay.
The third one is an argument essay.

Go over this file and use these as a model to create your own prompts. Keep in mind that with the synthesis essay, you should be offering sources that give DIFFERENT viewpoints on the topic at hand.

1. Pulitzer Prize Project: Get into groups and begin discussing and working on your projects. See attachments/links above for this project (you already received these back in January).

1. Read student sample essays.
2. Writer's Workshop: We will be peer evaluating the rhetorical analysis essays from Monday with the checklist in the link above. This will be passed out to you in class.
