Monica Garcia, M. Ed

Monica M Garcia is an experienced educator who has been teaching since 2002. She has a teaching credential in Mathematics and Introductory Spanish. She earned a BA degree in both Mathematics and Spanish from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Masters of Education from the University of California, Los Angeles. This year Mrs Garcia is working on piloting a Newcomer Math class, a much needed course for some of our students. In addition to her primary role as an educator, she is also serving as Co-EL Coordinator and on the Professional Development team at GVHS.
