                   Load in (5 - 6 pm)
                   Kids arrive (6 pm)
                  Performance (7:00 - 8:00 pm)

                 3 techs (4:30 - 8:30 pm; 4  hours x 3 = 12 hours)
                 1 custodian (2 hours)

5/9/18 - Choir Concert (5:30 pm - 8:30 pm);
                   Set up (5:30 - 6 pm)
                   Kids arrive (6 pm)
                   Performance (7:00 - 8:00 pm)
                   Load Out (8:00 - 8:30PM)


                 3 techs (5:00 - 9:00 pm; 4 hours x 3 = 12 hours)
                 1 custodian (2 hours)
