Delta Sigma Theta-SFVA will be hosting the 4th Annual African American College Planning Conference at Golden Valley High School.

TBD will be at GV on Friday, 10/27/17, 4 pm - 7 pm - to set up food court and decorate; and will be here at 6:45 am on Saturday, 10/28/17

Facility Request # - 028432t;
Request for OT forms # TBD (Custodial - 6:30 am - 3 pm = 6 1/2 hours);
and 038TBD (theater tech - 7:30 am - 2 pm = 6 1/2 hours).

Theater needs - screen/projector, microphone;

Theater Lobby: 4 tables and 8 chairs; restrooms

Cafeteria/food court area to be used for:
Breakfast in AM (4 tables outside of entrance and 20 tables inside, and 100 chairs); and for the college fair component afterwards (12PM - 1:30 PM).
- will need a screen in cafeteria eating area to show a video during breakfast.

6 classrooms in 800 building to be used from 9:30am to 12:30 m
(803, 804 and 805; and 808, 809 and 810),
Library to be used from 9:30am to 12:30 pm

One theater tech to be assigned to this event (7:30 - 2:00 pm) - TBD
One custodian assigned 6:30 am - 3 pm.
