**Reminder for 2/24 Tuesday

Please report directly to the library on Tuesday as well. Bring all your American Dream P.T packets, notes, synthesis essay student samples, AP synthesis rubric to the library. 

Synthesis Essay Student Samples

This file contains the same student samples I gave to you last Tuesday and went over in groups. If you do not have your copy, please use this as reference. The first essay received an 8, the second received a 6, and the last one received a 4.

American Dream Performance Task Day 2- Meet in library and bring your packet and notes. We will continue analyzing the sources. Work on this over the weekend if you are not finished today. Be prepared with all your notes and packet to write your performance task on Monday, Feb. 23rd.

2. Review your portfolio: Read over the essays you wrote last semester and see which ones you scored highest on. Take note of this and apply to tomorrow's in-class essay.
