Hello Parents,

Golden Valley High School will be hosting the 5th Annual Delta Sigma Theta Sorority African-American College Planning Conference on Saturday, October 28  at 8:30am –

1:00 pm. This event is open to all high school students and parents. Workshops will focus on the needs of those students in grades 9-12.  The Conference will provide a variety of workshops including Financial Aid/,Scholarships, Writing Your Personal Statement, How to Get Into your Dream College and What It's Like Being a Student Athlete.  The workshops will also be followed by a College Fair highlighting southern California colleges and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s).  Join us in helping your student plan their future!  Please register at https://2017aacpc.eventbrite.com to reserve your seat no later than October 20th.
