Selected GV Juniors will participate in the 2016 Connecting to Success: A Conference for High School Students, Preparing Tomorrow’s Workforce Today! We have offered this innovative one-day conference to our Golden Valley Juniors for the past nine years. Connecting to Success (CTS) is a collaborative effort involving the Valley Industry Association (VIA) of Santa Clarita and the Wm. S. Hart Union High School District. The Purpose of this conference is to empower students to “Achieve at the Business of Life.”

Connecting to Success offers a unique insight into the world of work … a training program for the emerging workforce, taught entirely by local business professionals. The goal is to help our students develop good work habits and skills before their first job. This high energy, high impact, school-to-work conference is designed to empower students to achieve goals and develop the skills necessary to be successful in whatever their career choice.

The event is from 8 am - 1:00 pm.
