Our last district Parent and Student Empowerment Night May 7th. The topic for the presentation is Teen Dating Violence. The Santa Clarita Domestic Violence Center, Strength United, and Sergeant Brian Hudson will be presenting. Twenty-five percent of teens between the ages of 12-18 have experienced some sort of dating abuse. You might not be able to target students for this presentation, but the stats are alarming and any student or parent you encourage to attend will benefit from the information. There will be a translator there to translate the information in Spanish.
