Free Eye Exams & Glasses

The Assistance League of Santa Clarita has partnered with Golden Valley High School to provide students in need with free eyeglass exams and eyeglasses. Their program is called i care for kids and is an extension of the Operation School Bell program. We can't thank them enough for helping our students succeed in school. 

 

To participate in this program, please get a form from the school nurse or the Paws Center  and return it to our school's nurse or to the PAWS Center (located in the 500 building). We will fax your form to the assistance league and they will call you to set up an appointment at a local health care provider such as the Walmart Vision Center. You will need transportation to your eye appointment.
