Hart District Honor Band auditions - location and times TBD. For more information contact GV Band Director, Roger Brooks.

District Honor Band Auditions will take place on Friday, 2/2 (4-9pm) and Saturday, 2/3 (7am to 3pm). We will need the following:

*7 classrooms Friday and 6 classrooms Saturday for audition rooms. For this I would like to keep everything on the lower campus. The rooms I would like to use are: 601, 602, 603, 607, 608, 802, 805, 806, 808, 810, 811, 813 and, 815. Room 520 for food and teacher's lounge.

*7 classrooms Friday and 6 classrooms Saturday for warm-up rooms. For this I would like to use: 601, 602, 603, 607, 608, 802, 805, 806, 808, 810, 811, 813 and, 815. Room 520 for food and teacher's lounge.

*Teachers Lounge for tabulation. Debby Gibson (AP secretary from West Ranch) will be in charge of tabulation and she will need two computers with Excel and a copier and a printer.

*We would use the theater lobby for student and volunteer check in. Restrooms open. The theater lobby rest rooms would also be needed. They are the most centrally located rest rooms on the lower campus and everyone will know where they are since they have to check in there.

*Foods room (520) would be needed to prepare dinner Friday and lunch Saturday for the judges. The judges would eat in there as well... We have done this before and I will work it all out with Dana well ahead of time.

*At the end of it all on Saturday afternoon, we need a place for all of the judges and band directors to meet to go over the results. The Teacher's Lounge will be used.

We will of course need a custodian on campus and available Friday night and all day Saturday.
