The College and Career Readiness Plan will prepare students to possess content knowledge, skills, strategies and habits to be successful in post-secondary education or training that leads to a sustaining career.
By the end of High School all students will have a comprehensive Personal Education and Career Plan preparing them for post-secondary education and career paths.
Goals for High School Graduates:

- Informed, Declared Major
- Identified Post-Secondary Pathway
