Did you know that many children and adults suffer from depression and anxiety? Everyday life and the holiday season can bring about many uncertainties that can cause people to become depressed and anxious. Exploring these sometimes uncomfortable issuers can be helpful. If you are interested in this topic and you would like more information about how to help your children cope with depression and anxiety, please join us on Thursday, December 8th at 6:00pm at the William S. Hart Union High School District Office at 21380 Centre Pointe Parkway, Santa Clarita, CA, 91350.

Rocio Benavides, one of our District Counselors, will be presenting this important information in Spanish and refreshments will be served.
